"Pros: Very good and spacious room. Location is good as well, with free parking.
Very helpful and supportive staff!!! We arrived before 12.00 and check in is from 16.00. But my son was feeling very poorly and I asked to have a room now so he can rest. We got a room, also recommendation where is the nearest pharmacy. Next days we have been asked on how my son is feeling and whether he is better. It is very important to see such kindness and support, not everywhere you see it. Thank you!!!

"Pros: Initially worried about the alternative automatic key but once app was downloaded it worked as directed.
Hotel was secure / clean and well maintained.
We did have an issue with noise from the next door extractor over night on the first night.
This was delt with the following day.
Twin room was perfect for my daughter and I to stay comfortably.
Would stay again.
Cons: Only down side was that we found the room a too hot. Turning the thermostat and the radiators down did not seem to alter the temperature."
