"Pros: Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Nothing was a problem, everything we asked for was done and with a smile. Rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean, little spa was a bonus. Literally 5 minutes from the main station and 2 minutes from the town centre. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, there was lots and lots of choices, from cold to hot options, sweet savoury and healthy. Cons: Everything was perfect but if I can make a suggestion, the slippers in the room would have been very useful especially for the spa, bath robes already supplied. And maybe a little body moisturiser in the room amongst all the other beautiful toiletries supplied." ~Martina
