"Pros: Plenty of room good value for money Cons: One small problem we were told to leave the key in the apartment which we did only to find the front door locked despite having a sign on it saying “do not lock this door’. We rang the hosts repeatedly but no answer. We had to knock on someone else’s door to let us out" ~Gavin

"Pros: The location was good, walking distance from the center of town and close to the train station. The apartment was modern, confortable and clean, with good facilities. Cons: The check-in process was very frustrating, we spent (wasted) about 45 minutes with the automatic ID system which could not recognise my face as being the same one as in the ID which we had to upload. Very frustrating and unnecessary. Also, they make you pay a deposit by card which you only get back weeks later. Generally, there was a feeling of harshness to the instructions in the apartment, pointing out all the extra fees that we would need to pay if this or that - for instance if we do not respect the checkout time which is checked electronically. Checkin and checkout times seemed pretty limiting (checkin after 15.30, checkout at 9.30) - we would have appreciated being able to stay a bit longer in the morning. In general, we did not feel there was a lot of human contact and care, we had the feeling we were dealing with an electronic ´big brother´. There is airconditioning but only in the living room (where our daughters were sleeping), so we had to leave the door open to the bedroom and it was like the four of us sleeping in the same room, and even so it didn´t really work (we were there in July, it was hot)" ~Zoe

"Pros: The closeness to the old town. It was clean. The apartment is very bright, but the bed is in an alcove and lovely and dark. Great going access to the TV as we had one extremely wet day. Lock Box is easy to use. Cons: Am sorry to say, but the bed wasn't comfy. There are outside shutters, but one wasn't working, so it made the sitting room super bright very early in the morning. There is a net curtain up, but these kept falling off as they're only clipped on. It's not a complaint, but there's no shower - it's the hose in the bath." ~Fiona
