"Pros: Very nice and fully equipped apartment located in a quite spa village. There is an aquapark close to the apartment with several pools with thermal springs water. There are also many nice places around Kováčová. So this apartment is a very good base for day trips to many interesting places. Cons: Kováčová is a small spa village. There are limited options when it comes to restaurants (no restaurant in the village during my stay). However, there is a rather good bus connection to the nearest city with several restaurants (10 minutes' bus ride; generally one bus every hour)." ~Daniela

"Pros: The house was spatious, clean and very cozy. I loved the second housing unit attached to ours, it looked very romantic. Even though we did not use it (the main unit offered enough beds for us), the landlady made it accessible for us. I could imagine the lodging would be a great place for a group of friends while this little separate unit could be used by a couple who might like a bit of privacy. Our kitchen was fully packed with appliances of all sorts and I especially appreciate little details that made our whole stay very comfortable - e.g. paper napkins in all rooms, toys and games for the kids, cotton pads in the bathroom... Also, our kids loved the huge red bathtub! If you asked them, that was the top amenity for them :D The landlady was ever so nice, helpful and willing to accomodate to our preferences/needs... She even offered to give us a ride to the spa by her car and postpone the check-out time so that we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. Cons: The location was a bit far from everything. We could walk to the spa but other than that, we had to take the car everywhere. If you don't like (mostly stray) cats, a couple of them lurking through the windows almost all the time might be distracting if not unpleasant." ~Zuzana
