The Fortuna offers en-suite rooms and self-catering apartments in the peaceful village of Demänová, just 150 metres the bus stop. Liptovský Mikuláš Train Station lies 4 km away. On-site facilities include free Wi-Fi, a Finnish sauna, and a bar with a cosy fireplace. 2 apartments and 1 double room are equipped with a private balcony overlooking the scenic Low Tatra Mountains. The apartments have their own cooking facilities, while all other guests can make use of the 2 shared kitchens. Guests can stock up on necessities in the grocery store, found 200 metres from the property. Barbecue facilities are provided in the garden, along with a playground for kids. Popular summertime activities include waterskiing and sailing on the Liptovská Mara Reservoir, found 7 km away. Also within 7 km are the Tatralandia Aquapark and the Liptovský Ján Thermal Bath. The Jasná Ski Resort is located 10 km from the Fortuna.
