"Pros: We arrived late and keys were dropped contactless, that was great. Its nice that there is fireplace but in winter we felt that there isn't ski boot dryer and washing machine. Cons: We agreed to pay for extra hot tub on final day when checking out but there was "hosts colleague" who firstly walked in without heads up and asked for money on second day (of five) to my mother in law. Then on next day while we were chilling without notice. Also we agreed on checkout at 10:00 but again this lady was in the middle of packing up two kids and two cars at 9:45 that made extra stress for my wife and confusion in packing process when she started to take out deposit and garbage bags, pushing around furniture. Also there was problem with WiFi but those are technologies and after two day troubleshooting and IT guys visit everything worked. There were no game console that was in description, it supposed to be broken by previous users." ~Inguss

"Pros: - very spacious place with plenty of room so 8 people fitted there very comfortably - table football ( but some of this is already broken so please check it) - bathtub on first floor - dishwasher and tablets - quite clean Cons: - lack of hot water was really annoying. We were told to turn on boiler once we get in which we did. Most of us had to wash in cold water as it took ages for the boiler to heat up. A proper hot water was only in the morning. Not sure what’s the reason for such approach but that’s not too thoughtful when you have 8 people arriving after cycling 130kms and wanting to take a shower (not even thinking about utilising the bathtub upstairs)" ~Maciej

"Pros: We loved the house, it was clean, modern, warm and cosy and had plenty of space for two couples, one adult and one child. A 25 min drive to Jasna for skiing, nice to have a bit of a distance from the slopes and stay in a quiet area. The staff were kind and helpful. Cons: Nothing" ~Sandra
