"Pros: This is a wonderful place to stay with friends and family. It is well equipped with everything you need (including kitchen supplies, barbeque facilities, blankets, etc). The location is excellent. It is secluded with a nice view and a short drive from many of the outdoor activities the High Tatras has on offer. I am delighted that they allowed dogs to stay! Cons: It would have been nice if the yard was fully fenced in. The images give the impression that it is but around the back, where the cars park, is open. Unfortunately this meant that I had to have my dog leashed up the whole time because he is a "runner". It would have also been nice if the house had some English maps and details to better help us orientate ourselves with what activities are on offer nearby (that said, there is an information store not far away)." ~Hirtenfelder

"Pros: The location was perfect for me. I had two main destinations - the old quarry (for climbing) and the cave (Belianska Jaskyna) - both of which were well within walking distance. There are also several restaurants nearby (Koliba and U Furmana were on my way to the climbing place). Since it's an entire house, there are no quiet hours, so we could stay up late playing the guitar and singing. Cons: The equipment is rather old (except the fridge, which looks new). Rooms were OK, the electric stove was rather slow. The double beds had two separate mattresses (at least they didn't slide apart). The checkout was relatively early (at 10 AM max - an hour more would be less stressful)." ~Michał
