"Pros: It was a big apartment with all the necessities. Cons: The lack of communication of the host. She asked us to meet her in another town for the keys, and we agreed as it was kinda in our way there. We kept her updated on our arrival time as it was foggy, and that slowed us down. She never answered us back and when we were at the place we agreed to meet her we wait in the cold for more than half hour without an answer from her, no picking up her phone or anything. We ended up calling to booking customer service for help, the girl gave our host a call and after that she finally text us telling us that she wasn't there that we should go to the place we reserved as she was there waiting for us. It was an annoying situation, and the weather made it even worse." ~Cortekat
