"Pros: The overall experience was brilliant - easy checking in and out, helpful and friendly staff. The space was more than enough for two people, very cosy, everything in working order and super clean. We could leave our heavy luggage while waiting for the check-in or after the check-out without any problems. Travelling by Flixbus coach, the localisation couldn't have been better - just two steps from the bus station. Walking distance from the ski slopes (though without a car it was more convenient to rent skis directly at the slopes than in the rental downstairs in the pension), lots of restaurants nearby and one in the building, local supermarket and train station also very close (a trip to the AquaCity water park and wellness centre in Poprad was a cool option), great hiking trails and a lovely park in the immediate surroundings. A small detail: I loved the comfortable armchair with an additional blanket in the living room, especially after a long day of skiing. Highly recommended!
Cons: There's no elevator in the building and the stairs are a bit narrow if travelling with a big suitcase. There aren't many rooms, but if your neighbours are loud, it could be a problem, because the sound is getting through. Also, a word of advice: if you think there's no warm water, you're probably wrong - we got the pulling direction of the shower handle and sink faucet wrong with my friend, when using for the first time :)"
