"Pros: The location was very convenient - we went hiking to Mt Rysy and the apartment was located an easy 10-15 drive to the parking lot where we could leave our car. The house is located in a quiet residential area. It had all the kitchen amenities we needed for a short stay - a toaster, an oven, an electric pot and so on. The bed was big and comfortable. The parking lot is right in front of the door.
Cons: The apartment and the outdoor area would require a bit deeper cleaning. There was a trashbin/ashtray right at our door full of trash and old cigarette buds. The terrace and garden - although really nice by itself had a lot of empty bins, mugs, boxes - random items laying around - something that can be easily tidied up, but was not. There were a few things that could be fixed in the apartment - the shower door and handle.
Something to be aware of: The owner requires a partial pre-payment a few weeks before arrival which has to be done outside of booking.com with a regular transfer. It is mentioned if you read the details, but something easy to miss. Would prefer a partial pre-payment to be done via booking.com to feel safe."
