"Pros: The Shower. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Cons: Where do I start!! I booked a superior deluxe double. What I got was a long way off. Bed was twin mattress with one cover, a decent double mattress could not be provided. Lighting in the room was bad. Picture of room on site does not reflect reality. Pillows, one reg, one small were brutal. When I asked about replacements I was told, that was it. The duvet was as light as a throw and was for a single bed, not a double. Outside the entrance door is strewn with cigarette butt's. The staff may have no control over who smokes there but five minutes with a brush would sort it. The door on the bathroom is not hung properly, when you are sitting on the toilet it is swinging in on top of you." ~Eamon
