"Pros: Great location, price perfomance is good. Cons: They turn on the music in the halls early in the morning which is a really big mistake especially if you are sleeping on the couch in the living room. I really dont get it who thouhgt that was a good idea.The cooker hood was really dusty,the light above the stove was not working and there was some black mold around the kitchen sink. "Pros: Not our first time in Terme Olimia, we just love this place. At first sight, apartment location is good but everything is close there, so no extra value in it. Access to Termalija Family Fun is provided. Reception services is provided by hotel Rosa and it is really good. Cons: Not so clean apartment, toilet was even smelly. Hidden cost in place. Host didn't provide any information under property description but under about the host area (we get this info later). Day before arrival, we got information that bed linen has to be additonaly paid, cleaning of apartment, towels and bidden as well and some reception services (to gather and report local city tax). As we were already on the road, we didnt have any other option but to accept it. We also had issue with the heating on our last night as well. Host is providing limited feedback and avoiding answers, while reception is trying to help but their options are also limited." ~Sasa

"Pros: Although our stay was short since we only slept over on our way back home, it was a nice stay. The location is perfect, just 100m from Orhidrelia Wellness. The staff at Rosa Aparthotel were super polite during our check-in and check-out. The apartment was well-furnished, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The two bottles of water that were waiting for us were a nice gesture. Cons: The shower was not draining well, causing floods in the bathroom. Although it was stated that we needed to pay an additional 8 EUR for city tax and service, in the end, we had to pay 10 EUR. It's not a big deal and difference, but it would be good to have the exact amount stated on our booking bill." ~Dejan
