"Pros: It's a small hotel with a casino, which is great! The rooms are clean and tidy, small but sufficient if you'll be spending most of your time exploring the city of Ptuj. The reception staff were friendly and explained everything about our stay. Cons: The downside is that it is quite noisy, as the hotel is near the road, and you can also hear through the walls, as well as the bathroom fan. The staff responsible for breakfast could also be more friendly and maintain a level of professionalism." ~Simona
