"Zalety: Powierzchnia i lokalizacja, wysokie pomieszczenia, Trzy osoby dorosłe i dziecko- było komfortowo pod względem przestrzeni, komfort snu i wypoczynku, cicho i spokojnie, blisko wszędzie.Trochę kłopot z parkingiem, ale wieczorem są wolne miejsca pod obiektem Wady: godziny zameldowania i opuszczenia lokalu. W lokalu było zimno, bez możliwości regulacji temperatury, dopiero po interwencji przyjechał technik i pomógł rozwiązać problem. Stół rozchwierutany, brudne, stare podkładki na nim, urwana deska sedesowa w łazience drzwi zamykane na haczyk. Może to drobnostki, ale warto je usunąć, bo to psuje wrażenia. Ogólnie apartament trzeba dopracować, pewne rzeczy odnowić, umyć, np. drzwi" ~Ewa

"Pros: It was nice and quiet despite being a very short walk to the Main Street and the beach. Spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. Good communication with the host. Cons: The parking space required communication with other residents of the building - although given the price of parking in Sopot this was a minor inconvenience" ~David

"Pros: Great location, in the center but quiet. Close to the sea and to the train station (but you won’t hear the trains). Lots of shops and cafes nearby. We had a wonderful time, will gladly come again sometime. Cons: Don’t choose this flat if you have small children that are hard to control. This is a historic building with wooden ceilings and running todlers may cause inconvenience to the neighbours and some stress for you. We visited with two 10yrs old girls and it was OK." ~Barbara
