"Pros: We lived in one-room apart. It's small, but comfortable and very clean. Not far from the sea (in walking distance). A lot of cafes, Żabka are near the apart. Cons: It can be a little bit stuffy on the bed on the second floor when hot outside. Be careful with parking key. We've lost it and had to pay 500 PLN (more then 100$)." ~Volha
