"Pros: A nice and modern accommodation facility at about a 15-minute-walking distance from the beach. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly, the apartments are cosy and equipped with all necessary things, washing machine, kitchen and cleaning equipment. Beds are very comfortable, parking is available on request in the underground parking with an easy access into the buildings. We were very satisfied and we highly recommend this accommodation to every visitor of Sopot! Cons: The whole price of the accommodation was withdrawn from my credit card two months before arrival. Also, there is a refundable 500 PLN deposit for each room that you have to pay upon your arrival in case of any damage in the apartments. "Zalety: Blisko do plaży. Zamknięte osiedle w spokojnej okolicy. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo dobrze funkcjonujące biuro victus ;) Wady: Nie do końca czysto w mieszkaniu. Rozwalająca się szafka w salonie. Mieszkanie z wyjściem na mini ogródek, który był strasznie zarośnięty." ~Monika
