"Pros: The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Shared bathrooms are very clean, and there are enough of them (3 bathrooms for 7 rooms). The location is close to the train station, beach, and city center. There are 2 grocery stores right across the street, which is convenient. Self-check-in was easy and flawless. Cons: Overall I am very pleased with my experience and haven't found any major downsides. But here are some things you need to know and keep in mind. The flat is on the second floor and the building has no elevator, which was fine for me, but may be problematic for others. Audibility between rooms is not ideal, so if the neighbors are noisy it may interfere, but I was lucky. Finally, it would be nice to have a dedicated shelf in the fridge and maybe a couple of rugs/kitchen towels. The same goes for the rugs and hand towels in the bathrooms.
