"Pros: The room itself was spectacular with a big wet room shower and jacuzzi style bath. The bed was really comfy, there were lots of towels as well as dressing gowns and slippers (which came in handy when using the spa facilities). The spa itself we had to ourselves (Friday morning) and there was a big hot tub, nice sized pool and sauna. Breakfast was nice with four options to choose from. Staff were very pleasant and more than happy to adjust your order to your satisfaction. Plenty of tea/coffee/juice on offer as well as croissants, cereal and a selection of cakes! Only things that keep this from being a 10 were our air conditioning didn't work and wasn't fixed (or we weren't informed about the attempt to fix it) and the welcome pack/guide in the room was in Polish so we had to figure out how to work things for ourselves. Overall this hotel is in a great location near to the sea front, the room was comfy and large, the breakfast was nice and the staff were pleasant. Would definitely stay there again." ~Kris
