"Pros: The place is fantastic. Everything is clean, tidy and well designed. Everyone from the staff was super kind. They really make you feel welcome.
The reserve is quite large and it has plenty of animals. We saw elephants, giraffes, lions, zebras, hippos, pangolins, cheetahs, warthogs and all sorts of antelopes. It was fantastic.
Special mention to Rico (guide) and Mdu (tracker). They were both extremely knowledgeable, kind, engaging and fun! They went the extra mile ensuring we saw everything we wanted to see. They made sure we always got a good view of the animals and that we were comfortable. They answered all our questions and kept us involved in the decision making of that to do next. 10/10.
Cons: Just 2 minor things, not impacting the 10/10 score.
1) Some drinks were included some others weren't, but we didn't find out until checking out. The drinks during the drives were included the ones during meals were not. Just a surprise bill at the end. Prices were reasonable anyway, we were just not fully informed of how it worked and caught us by surprise.
2).There is a little gap between their internal rules (checkout at 11am) and what is posted on booking (checkout at 12am)."

"Pros: We spent 2 nights here and loved every second. The lodge is pristine and finished to perfection. So many beautiful details in the decor and the outdoor area. The staff were welcoming and super attentive, we never had to ask for a drink refill. The food was AMAZING, three course meals with some choices. But of course, the highlight was the twice daily drives, guides were super friendly and we saw 4 of the big 5. Tea and coffee and snacks and drinks served during the drive. The fine detail of our stay was incredible. This newly opened lodge is a gem and we feel lucky to have experienced it.
Cons: That we had to leave."
