"Pros: A ground floor unit, which makes a huge difference in your daily activities. Just walk out whenever you want as opposed to the balcony units. Feels safe and has direct access to an amazing beach which is very close by. The unit had its own barbecue/braai though this was unclear during booking. There are also good walks that one can take nearby to the north. Exit to the beach is very close using a magnetic tag.
Cons: Had to sign a no noise form after a non refundable booking. There was a constant loud music from an event on the beach/restaurants, this was well into late night. The units Front lawn was of small paper-thorns which should be eliminated. Exit from the complex was close, and limiting privacy of the unit. The small square extra carpets in ain bedroom were too dirty. The double bed is very small. Multiple magnetic beach tags could come in handy per unit. Should have had free wifi for the price, not 3g."
