"Pros: Great location with lovely seaview. In a quiet part of Umdloti away from the weekend crowd. Value for money compared to other apartments in Umdloti. The friendly owner allowed us to do an early check in as there was no one before us the apartment, which was wonderful.
Cons: Apartment needs some tlc. Generally OK with new tiles etc but some walls and doors could do with a paint. A newer better BBQ stand/ grid would be welcome."

"Pros: The sea view was amazing and the beach is very close. The property was very clean and had all the basic utilities that is needed for your stay. I reported the aircon that was broken in the main bedroom and they arranged for it to be fixed the same day. Small walk to the main beach and shops is not too far. The complex was very clean and neat.
Cons: Some basic maintenance is needed on the whole unit, a lot of small things that need attention. There is no dishwasher as mentioned in the description and facilities. The fridge/freezer is a bit small for a long stay and some of the freezer drawers is broken. The dining room chairs needs some padding or replacement."
