"Pros: Plenty of restaurants in the resort. Very family oriented, lots of Korean families (more than tourists) Paid shuttle from and to Seoul and Airport. Cons: No shopping😅 The ondul rooms (floor beddings) came with heated floors but the futon was too hard for us. We had terrible two days sleep, unfortunately. Highly recommend booking rooms with beds!!!!" ~Victoria
