"Pros: Clean and spacious for family and/or big groups travelling together. The jacuzzi in the room was great and the room was nicely decorated with modern interior design. Cons: Staff weren’t very friendly nor helpful. The reception said housekeeping was done daily but no one came to clean our room until checkout. The same person also promised to send someone to bring large towels but they only brought small hand towels. There are several activities you can do on site but none are included in the room fare. The coffee shop was closed for most of our stay and we only had a glimpse of it on our last day as we check out. There was a long queue for the coffee shop and we thought the menu was largely overpriced." ~Claire
