"Pros: - Wonderful location, 5 minutes to the nice beach with cristal water, grocery stores and cafes just in one step from you, 5-10 minutes walking to the metro station; - Spacious apartments; - Comfortable access with electronic key; - Separate air conditioning in each room. Cons: - Old facilities, some furniture was broken, torn curtain; - Not very clean; - Only few dishwasher and washing machine capsules were left for 8 guests for 6 nights; - Not completely clear check-in instructions; - 300 euro of damage deposit was charged before check-in with external link (not through Booking.com). When we came in, we’ve seen a lot of damage in the apartments made before us, so we were worried about returning the deposit. Fortunately, the deposit was returned back with no issue after check-out, but overall it was concerning moment." ~Yuliya
