"Pros: Locations of property , very central and it was very clean
Cons: We arrived on 26 December for three nights and there was no heating ! The flat was very cold , there were 2 small electric heaters , only one if the heaters was good enough , I told the person right away who gave us the keys and the response I got was I cannot do any thing , I ask can we get extra duvet , he said the cleaners have access to them and I will let you know , didn’t get back to us next day , I messaged the company and they said oh ask the key person ! so back and forth but the issue was not resolved ! At night time it was very cold , we had to sleep in our jumpers and socks , the heater that was good enough we were rotating in between 2 rooms to keep it warm , I mean they charged you extra 80 euro for cleaning and electric etc , it really spoiled our stay !"
