"Pros: We had a beautiful and unique holiday in Casa La Majada. It was calm and clean, and the owner very gentle. It is good, that the apartments are only for two persons and that parties etc. are not allowed. If you need to calm down from a stressed working life, we can recommend Casa La Majada." ~Christine

"Pros: Highly recommended, we had a fantastic stay! First of all: all of the negative things people mentioned in the previous reviews are resolved. The annoying light doesn't exist anymore and only the last 50m to the house are still dirt road, but totally fine for any car. The house is actually one half of a big building with two separated houses. At the time of our stay, the owners were staying in the other one. Although there is basically just one wall separating the two houses it is quiet and well-designed. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, including a roofed parking spot right in front of the door. The balcony is beautiful. Everything is located right in between the lava stone from 2021's eruption which makes the scenery around just stunning. Roads are already there, so it's easy to reach as well as well located in the middle of the island to reach every destination comfortably. Construction work is of course happening in all of the area, but we didn't have any issues with noise. Lovely owners. We could've stayed forever!" ~Thomas
