"Pros: We stayed here for one week and we absolutely loved it. The family is so sweet and kind. Despite a rather huge language barrier, they always made sure we had what we needed and helped organize things for us. The location is perfect, just one block from the main road surrounded by nature. The town of Ahangama can be reached in 5 minutes walking. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a big lovely balcony where we spent most of our time in the shade, watching monkeys and birds.
One night we ordered dinner at the house and their cooking was awesome!
Cons: bear in mind that the train passes just outside the house which might not be suitable for people who want to sleep in."

"Pros: the family who owns this property are so lovely and sweet, they gave us a welcome drink and also breakfast on our last morning. be aware that there is a AC and NON AC room- which gets very very hot which has unfortunately also meant there is quite a lot of mould in the room and bathroom. location is perfect, 30 seconds to the Main Street. wifi here would be great. A good value place to stay in Ahangama."
