"Pros: The property is centrally located in the town and easy to hail taxis and trishaws. 5 min walk to supermarket and other shops. The apartment is clean and very open. The building is gated and therefore you feel safe. There is a doorman during daytime hours who is very polite and friendly. The owner is incredibly accommodative and easy to communicate with. Fully air conditioned apartment which is fantastic. The amenities are great how ever there is a list of extras that do not come with the property so it is worth asking the owner about extra amenities that can be purchased such as a rental car and gas for cooking. Property does not have electrical plug converters. It has UK plug points so you may need to bring your own or purchase as the local hardware store next door. Cons: A little more information around rubbish collection. Mop or vacuum easily accessible without need to contact the owner." ~Sonju
