"Pros: Incredible location, free pick up from the bus. You could sit and look at the views and wildlife all day. Amazing tour! literally couldn’t have wished for a better guide; Sagara was so knowledgeable and gentle and passionate about the forest. The food, the staff and the rooms were just lovely. Cons: the staff on hand were lovely people but it felt like they were being pressured by the hotel owners to sell and upsell, on arrival we were pressured to upgrade to different rooms which were almost twice the price but not much better than the ones we’d booked (which were perfect for us) then they moved on to rushing us to buy tours before we’d settled in, it felt like the staff were told to do this so I don’t blame them. So message to owners - Less pressure = better experience/happy customers. Your staff are naturally very lovely!" ~Patrick

"Pros: We had a perfect stay! The room was very clean and cozy. The pool was just perfect after a long hike in the rainforest. The staff also organized our rainforest tour, which was such a nice experience. Good food and you can watch monkeys right from the terrace. I really can recommend to stay at this hotel and also wandering around the beautiful surrounding area. Cons: Nothing!" ~Annemarie
