"Pros: The villa is exactly as pictured, extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location is peaceful and serene, offering the perfect escape from the city. It’s an ideal place to visit with a group, whether you want to relax, unwind, or spend quality time bonding. Highly recommend for a tranquil getaway! Cons: The food experience was disappointing. The "booking.com rate" only includes a vegetarian breakfast option for both continental and Sri Lankan breakfast styles. Some of the options didn’t make sense without an essential curry accompaniment (e.g., hoppers or roti). What’s frustrating is that the breakfast menu is only provided after full payment (which was non-refundable at the time of booking). Had I known this, I wouldn’t have made the booking. For other meals (lunch and dinner), the prices are very reasonable, and the menu offers decent variety. But it's important to note that all guests must choose the same meal option for lunch or dinner. There is no flexibility for individual choices, even though the menu is à la carte, not family-style. As food plays a significant role in stays like this, our overall stay at ivory house was quite disappointing." ~Ruwangi
