"Pros: It was a new property which was clean with air con and other facilities. Cons: When we arrived jet lagged after almost a whole day flying it was annoying to see that they were still in the process of fixing the television disc and drilling to get the connection to the TV which did not allow us to have a rest from our long journey before we had to go out and meet some friends. There was very little crockery and kitchen utensils and some of the pans were still in boxes. There were no instructions on how everything worked so we had to find out by trial and error. When I tried to negotiate a reduction in the cost due to our loss of peace from all the work going on the owner threatened to evict us and although he eventually agreed to a small reduction it was unpleasant to be told we would have to find somewhere else to stay." ~Gaya
