"Pros: We couldn't even stay due to the fact they weren't even aware of us coming. Cons: When arriving to the location as mentioned on the booking maps location, it wasn't there, we tried calling 10+ times but no one picked up. By the time we actually tried to reach the location, they made us wait an hour and misdirected/miscommunicated the location. Worst part was not even staying on call and explaining the fact why the location was completely elsewhere. We wasted 2 hours. Finally upon reaching the villa, it was not ready, cockroaches everywhere, very unclean and dirty, the AC was HEATING the room not cooling it. The guy running the location was not told by the one who handles the bookings. Beyond a mess, they don't even know half of what they are doing. Don't go here." ~Jehan

"Pros: Location was amazing - a 1 minute walk from the beach! The staff were so lovely too and helped with everything. Rooms were very clean. Cons: Power shortages meant it was quite dark at night time, but that was nothing to do with the hostel and did not overly affect my stay. Thanks so much :)" ~Ellhenry
