"Pros: Good location, we stayed on one of the dependances, a lot of space, air conditioning working perfectly, good location next to both Kalkuda and Passikuda beaches (1 minute and 5 minutes walk, respectively).
Good breakfast, good value for money.
Cons: The guys managing the place looked like a little bit stranded there, but in the end they provided what was needed and were helpful.
Most likely we were there during low season and therefore less people was managing the structure."
