"Pros: Beautiful location tucked away on the coast 100 yards from the ocean. Garden filled with frangipani trees provide shade for sun loungers and lazy days. Clean and spacious cabana with AC and hot water. Hosts and staff friendly and welcoming and we made our own stone fired pizzas on our first night. Host organised a dolphin safari which was excellent- ask to leave the main group of boats and find your own pod otherwise it feels like there is a lot of stress on the dolphins. Cons: Continental Breakfast is included but we had to pay extra for a second cup of coffee (tea making facilities in room but no milk or coffee). Tragically a freak storm has washed 60metres of the beach away so there will be a constant battle against erosion but it didn’t affect our holiday and we still enjoyed sea and sand." ~Rebecca

"Pros: Splendid small hotel with friendly helpful staff, excellent location and superb seafood and other tasty things to eat. My 4-day stay turned into an 8 day holiday because of the scuba diving nearby and the wonderful experience at this place. I will be back." ~Daniel

"Pros: Very well maintained, Avi and Sabina own and run Sea Sand Resort with care and affection. Good quality mattress aids a good sleep. It has Aircon but didn't need at night, but day may be required. Fantastic pack of friendly dogs who welcome you in and keep the strays away They serve the best coffee for miles. If it's a beach you are after SSR is a walk away but most people come for Kite surfing which either happens about 2 km down the coast or about 3 km away on the Lagoon. Cons: I feel the bathrooms could be upgraded to be enclosed as mosquitoes come in through the open gaps. After the top quality of the bedroom it's a bit of a let down. Also no hot water geezer, not sure why as the electricity supply is good. Because the whole resort is located in sand they could get house keeping to do a daily sweep." ~Tygerman
