"Pros: Location is great, close to supermarkets and many restaurants yet very peaceful. Very friendly staff. The apartments are very spacious and clean. We travelled with kids, the place is very safe, with a caretaker opening and closing the gate every time we go out and come back. Cons: Nothing. Everything was great." ~Philoe

"Pros: It's not special, but it is still not your budget option. Won't save you a lot of money, but won't make your stay fabulous either. It's basic: safe, comfortable enough, has all you need, but on a basic level. Can't complain, but don't expect anything extraordinary. The staff were very nice and friendly! All in all - I would recommend it, unless you want something fancy and luxurious. The location is nice, too: right next to Mount Lavinia beach, a lovely beach with a number of good restaurants in the vicinity. It is far from the Bandaranaike airport, though (an hour long ride)." ~Adnan
