"Pros: Be CARRFUL if you want to stay in this appartments. No recommend at all. We were need in place immediately and didn't have any time to find something else. The photos don't correspond to real at all. Very old appartments with so much dust everywhere. No A/C. In appartments impossible to be, you can't sleep at night, you want to escape in the afternoon, because of very hot. Nobody cleaned the room, change the towels. But, how to make for their guests unconvinced conditions they know very well, especially the owner. At the beginning we have booked for 2 nights. Next day morning 6:30 a.m owner with no shame when the guests are sleeping called me and said: -I'm the owner, if you want to extend my appartments for 1 day more I will not do it, because I have my plan. I want to meet you right now and talk. I said him, time right now is unconvincing for us, we can after 1 p.m because we are sleeping right now. But, this man by forsly started to say, that I'm the owner, I can't at 1 p.m, I can only right now (note 6:30 a.m). I said him right now I want to sleep and if you don't want to extend then ok. After 2 nights we extended by ourselves on booking for 1 night more (we didn't have time for moving to another place). And, we got big troubles from this owner. Booking.com confirmed us 1 night more and we came to apartments after our hard day, but the gate was closed inside of and we couldn't open by our keys. The manager said that the owner said close the gate proposly from us. And, at first give me money through the hole of the gate after I will open the door. Ladies and gentlemen, really I have never seen in my life the same behavior from staff of the hotels and especially from the owners. Of course, we gave him money from the hole (5200 LKR). But, in the morning when we must check out we got new surprise from the owner. He brought police,for which reason I didn't understand.Police said us hello,ask details and went away. Cons: Everything. Start from the dust everywhere. Maximum price for this appartments 2000-3000 lkr. They asked 5200 lkr. For this money you can find good appartments with modern furniture, AC, kitchen, washing machine and etc." ~Albina
