"Pros: Stayed there for 4 nights recently. The views at the property are fantastic and the highlight of our stay. Friendly staff, decent food considering that there isn't much available in town. Cons: It's not a proper hotel which we might have misunderstood. It's more like a BnB type of accommodation. Our room was not cleaned for the first two days even if we asked for it and was never cleaned for the 4 days, though we were asked about it on the third day. There were often communication issues but we understood that we shouldn't expect much. There was not an exhaust fan in the shower and when I opened the windows to vent the bugs came in. The room is fairly small for two people. The location of the property is a bit far from town and on a steep hill which makes access to tuk tuk and cars a bit strenuous." ~Renqiao
