“AKEIN JUNGLE RESORT’’is about 7 acres in extent, and it is only 20 minutes from Sigiriya fortress. The resort is comprising 8 cottages, totally Eco – friendly. Akein Jungle resort has its own Eco Village adjoined to the resort. On the other hand, the resort is adjoined to the Minneriya national park, and therefore it blends with the nature beautifully. All the day-long we can listen to the twittering of the lot of bird’s natives as well as migrant other animals like wilds elephants, deer, pig, wild squeal, wild flow, peacock, rabbit, are frequently hang around in our premises. Akein Jungle Resort Sigiriya is a 30-minute drive from Ritigala and the Dambulla Temple. It is a 45-minute drive from Minneriya National Park and a 1.5-hour drive from Polonnaruwa.
