"Pros: Conveniently located within walking distance to beach. Very clean and spacious Presidential Suite. Large furnished balcony with overhanging roof providing shade. Melissa was helpful in arranging taxis and cleaning service (every 2nd day). Cons: Maintenance staff always gave lame excuses. We had to argue for 4 days to have a safety deposit box installed despite this being promised by the manager before we arrived. The 2nd day after we arrived, we bought several hundred USD worth of groceries locally only to discover that the fridge didn't work. It wasn't fixed until the 4th day of our 8 night stay so you can imagine how disappointed we felt. Noisy noisy noisy - due to ongoing onsite construction right outside the bedroom windows. One of the cleaning staff did not refill the dish soap dispenser but filled it with water!" ~Barbara
