"Pros: The personnel over all was great. The people in the reception were very helpful (I had some car issues and they went the extra mile to help). Waiter at the dinner restaurant was very attentative and carried out his task with humor and good communication. Also the food was quite delicious. At breakfast as well the service was very helpful and the allergens were taken into consideration appropriately.
Good parking area in front of hotel and the car heating was included for free.
Cons: The hotel was already maybe a little bit worn out but still comfortable. The pillows were worn out so that they should probably be already replaced with new ones."
