"Pros: Huge apartment in the middle of nature, with beautiful lakes in the area. Super quiet for a relaxing stay. Cons: Cleaning is either extra pay or tenants have to clean themselves - not a problem for us, but we did notice that before our stay, not everything was cleaned according to the cleaning instructions, which we tried to follow closely. We would have appreciated someone checking between stays whether the cleaning was sufficient. We also wanted to use the dishwasher, but no tabs were provided so we had to do the washing by hand last minute. The rest of the kitchen was also not equipped very well - everything seemed to be leftovers from previous tenants. There was no standard equipment such as oil, spices, etc. The bedroom had a strange smell - probably due to it not being aired much. There was no direct contact to the owners, only via Booking message when contacted by us." ~Elke
