"Pros: Hotel staff was polite and trying to provide all the information about services offered by the hotel. I didn't use but there was free coffee, microwave and cluttery for those who buy food from outside. Breakfast in the morning was reach and at the first floor there's a restaurant with very good service and food. Location is excellent. Cons: Booking the taxi through the reception didn't work well. taxi came 20 min later and charged me a fortune to the airport. There was another taxi company coming for other guests of the hotel with fixed rate 347 SEK for the same route, and I was charged 666 SEK in the time without any traffic." ~Assya
