"Pros: Very nice hotel in the center of Östersund. The room was nice and had everything needed. Breakfast was good and the staff were very lovely. Also visited the spa which had amazing rooftop heated pool and hot-tub with wonderful views. Cons: Wish they had lactose free milk at the breakfast for coffee (just personal preference). Spa was nice but the steam sauna was not working unfortunately and the spa definitely needs a bit refreshening/touch up and more cleaning throughout the night." ~Ursula
