"Pros: The hostel is really good and beautiful. The staff is very very nice. We were late to check in, but they left the keys for us, and were very quick to respond. The breakfast was simple but delicious, all the products were of very good quality. Cons: 1) We were travelling around Europe, and the price was higher than in similar places in France or Italy, but somehow everything is more expensive in Switzerland, so I guess it's OK. 2) It's not actually a fault of the hostel, but we were awakened in 6.30 by children screaming bloody murder and couldn't get any sleep after. There was a family of like four children staying at the hostel, and the parents couldn't manage their kids who were running and screaming all around the place since early morning. What I would suggest is to remind families with children that people come here to get some rest and that it is their responsibility to keep children quiet during the night and early morning. 3) Another thing is it would be great to have towels included in the usual bedsheets+towels combo. In some hostels, towels have recently become a separate paid service, and it's unfortunate." ~Daniil
