"Pros: It is relatively close to the train station. It only requires to climb up a hill, which isn't a problem for me. The hostel looks modern and is very clean.
Cons: I was expecting the staff to speak English (and French), as advertised. The person who checked me in spoke only French (no English, no German), which made it a bit akward. There was another member of staff who spoke English and helped out, but was busy in a different room and had to be called in a few times when hand gestures didn't suffice.
Also, check-in instructions are not very clear. When I got to the location, it was a bit unclear what I was supposed to do and who I was supposed to speak to.
Last thing. I used the booking chat to request a late check-in, but I didn't receive any reply. I sent my first message on Thursday and was ment to check-in the following Monday. I also tried to call, but I was told that the phone number is to be used for the restaurant only.
I ended up finding a different accommodation for the first day. Luckily, I paid on location the next day, without including the first night." ~Pietro
