The contact for this property declined to support, also mentioning they are not sure why they have been set as contacts. "Pros: The room is nice decoration , modern and new. Size is large for 3-4 person and comfortable when stay here. Location is perfect, near train station and supermarket just 5-10 minutes walk. Supply of coffee capsules are enough Kitchen and oven are perfect. Cons: Difficult to find key and no immediately response from property . Pipe did not drain well in bath room, it caused flood when showering. dishwasher pod and trash bags are not supplied enough . Shower gel and shampoo are little bit terrible scent." ~Kittima

"Pros: Excellent location. TV channels include BBC, ITV and Channel 4. Clean apartment. Hard to assess value for money in such a high cost country but it is cheaper than most hotel rooms in Interlaken. Interlaken is beautiful. Cons: It was difficult to find. On arrival by car we saw number 11 and number 17 but not 13. We parked the car in a nearby garage and went to look. We messaged the owner and also phoned but got a recorded message. I was told the next day that there had been a communication problem with Booking.com but why no reply to the phone? We went in to the shop at number 17 and the lady there explained that 13 is actually in another street still called Marktgasse but really off Marktgasse. The information booklet indicates that there are 6 parking places available in front of the property. They were all occupied on our arrival. A space cleared later in the evening and I moved my car from the garage and left it in that space for the 3 days we were there. All the parking places were occupied most of the time apart from the late evening and overnight. The nearby garage costs 25 francs a night. The apartment is not as spacious as expected. The kitchen is not a separate area. We did not have access to the internet for the first day. We were confused by the advice in the booklet in the department that “ you will find the WiFi password on the information board in the apartment.” This had us looking for a non existent board on a wall. The cleaner helped us the next day. It would be better to phrase this “ you will find the WiFi password on the first page of this booklet.”" ~Ian
