"Pros: Lovely location very spacious clean and comfortable Lots to do, great for walking Good access to the train station Really friendly helpful people Cons: Better communication regarding guest card and deposit of 300 swiss francs on arrival in cash! Also couldn't find anywhere to recycle glass, you had to buy taxed recycling bags to put your rubbish in the bins! Also beware of extra guest tax of 4 swiss francs per person per night again paid in cash so extra 170 swiss francs on departure in the most expensive country in the world! Would recommend staying somewhere else and just visiting for the day 🙂" ~Copeland
