"Pros: The apartment was clean, all equipment needed (towels, dishes etc) was provided. Location close to the city center and train station, many restaurants nearby Good communication with the staff Possibility to get Lucerne Visitor Card Cons: There was only one chair in the apartment for 2 people. It was too warm inside, even though the heating was off and it was 10 degrees outside. Quite noisy due to train station nearby (but not as noisy as we thought)" ~Martamg
