On the day we reach early, no one was around to assist us. Calling all the number in booking.com. Wasted 2 hours trying to to get the owner. When we finally get her , via booking.com help, that was like 350pm. I hope this problem can solve. There’s many ways to communicate. We don’t have to wait outside in the cold weather ." ~Mahani

"Pros: The location, facilities, and parking were great. The hosts were phenomenal about communicating and made staying in their home that much better. Cons: I enjoyed everything about the property. As someone not from Leysin, I would recommend adding to the directions to the property that the parking lot sign is the same as the one for the Alpine Classic. I kept going in circles looking for the property when I first arrived; of course it could just be me." ~Amanda
