"Pros: The location, facilities, and parking were great. The hosts were phenomenal about communicating and made staying in their home that much better. Cons: I enjoyed everything about the property. As someone not from Leysin, I would recommend adding to the directions to the property that the parking lot sign is the same as the one for the Alpine Classic. I kept going in circles looking for the property when I first arrived; of course it could just be me." ~Amanda

"Pros: Love everything about the apartment . Great location Cons: Communications with the owner. We are not advise one day before of how to access the apartment. On the day we reach early, no one was around to assist us. Calling all the number in booking.com. Wasted 2 hours trying to to get the owner. When we finally get her , via booking.com help, that was like 350pm. I hope this problem can solve. There’s many ways to communicate. We don’t have to wait outside in the cold weather ." ~Mahani
